Pregnancy

This can be done before, after, or in between competition or exercise sessions and is useful to athletes or anyone working out. A combination of deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point release, and stretching will be used. Focus will be on the muscle groups relevant to activity. Shiatsu
Similar to acupressure, shiatsu concentrates on unblocking the flow of life energy and restoring balance in the meridians and organs in order to promote self-healing.
